Elie inherited a very large and very badly maintained code base of max script used for many internal tools for level creation, art creation, general pipeline, etc.
He managed to implement well designed and robust new features, fix bugs, optimize and cleanup when necessary. He was also very careful with making sure everything was thoroughly tested.
He did an amazing job at managing priorities, jumping from tasks to tasks, sometimes multiple times a day. All that while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude with everybody at the studio.

I definitely recommend him for any tools or tech art job in the games industry. He acquired already far enough experience to be very versatile and adaptable in my opinion.
